zh55's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Platform and Services shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to zh55 during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000 (fifty thousand Pakistani Rupees), whichever is lower.
zh55 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party network issues, and other technical circumstances may cause temporary service unavailability. zh55 will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will notify Players of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
zh55's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the zh55 Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
